Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Fully Prepaid Bookings/Partially Prepaid Bookings
– If you cancel 10 days or more prior to your pick up, you will be fully refunded.
– If you cancel less than 10 days before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 70 Eu.
– You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started.
No-Show
A ‘No-show’ is when you wish to cancel but don’t tell us before your rental is due to start.
Amendments
You can amend your rental online, free of charge, 48 hours before your rental is due to start. Certain amendments could affect the rental price, such as location, car group or time or date of rental, if it does, you will be charged at the current published price, which may be different from what you originally booked.
Please note: prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrange before your rental starts. If you pick the car up any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.
Included in the Rental Price
Damage Cover
● Insurance covers 100% if the car’s bodywork gets damaged. This cover is only valid if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement. It doesn’t cover other parts of the car (e.g. wheels, interior, undercarriage, ignition key), or charges (e.g. for towing or off-road time), or anything in the car (e.g. child seats, GPS devices or personal belongings), or acts of vandalism. Also interference on car engine or other technical parts of the car without informing is strictly forbidden.
● This covers the driver’s liability for injuries and property damage which are covered by the policy. This cover is only valid if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement.
Theft Cover
● If the car is stolen, the most you’ll pay are replacement costs but police reports are required together with ignition key. This cover is only valid if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement.
Note that your cover will be invalidated by negligence, refueling errors or breaking the terms of the rental agreement (for example, by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
Not Included in the Rental Price
● Traffic fines, toll roads, Green Card insurance for traveling abroad, speeding tickets You’ll find details of other charges in other sections of these terms and conditions.
● If you’ve incurred any charges, such as speeding tickets or unpaid congestion charges, the car hire company will try to contact you when the authorities ask them who was driving. This could be months after your rental – and you’ll have to pay the company’s administration fee as well as the original charge.
What you need at pick-up
● Credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro) or cash.
Driving License
● When picking the car up, the main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license in their name.
● All drivers must have held their driving license for at least 4 years.
Identification
● A passport or identity card is required.
Age Limits
● Minimum age limit for this car is 22.
● Maximum age limit for this car is 65.
● Please make sure that you read the terms and conditions you receive when you sign the agreement at pick-up, to find out more about the policy’s exclusions and limits.
Fuel Policy
● Fuel police is same to same so the same amount of fuel you will find when you pick up the car the same amount it needs to be when dropped off.
● If you return your car with less fuel than it had when you picked it up, the car hire company will ask for paying the missing fuel.
Extra Services (Payable at Counter)
One-Way Rules
● If you arrange to pick the car up in one location and drop it off in another, the car hire company will charge a one-way fee to cover the cost of returning the car to the original location.
Prior notification is required for all one-way rentals. If you drop the car off at a location other than the one originally agreed; you will incur a ‘Penalty’ from the car hire company.
Boundary Rules
● Customers whose travel plans include driving outside the country of rental must advise us before they pick the car up. Restrictions may apply for certain countries which may require additional fees or not allowed at all.
Door-to-Door Service
● If requested in advance, the car hire company may agree to deliver the car at the start of the rental. Charges may be applied.
Important Information
Booking Agreement
● To make sure you understand the rules and laws about driving hire cars at home and abroad, it’s essential you read the Terms & Conditions in full before you leave to pick your car up.
In particular, please make sure you know what documents and other paperwork you must take with you (e.g. driving license, forms of identification, and payment cards) and what you’ll need to pay for at the car hire counter. If you don’t have everything you need, the car hire company may not let you pick the car up.
● By making this booking, you are confirming that you have read and accept our Terms & Conditions.
When you pick your car up, the car hire company will need you to sign a rental agreement. Please make sure you read it carefully – and if anything is not clear, discuss it with the car hire company before you sign.
Company Rules
● Accident or Breakdown – In the event of a breakdown, accident or mechanical difficulties, you must call the car hire company immediately. They must give authority for repairs or replacement cars. Please keep copies of all documentation you are asked to complete. This may be needed if you wish to make a claim. For accidents, a police report and an incident report from the car hire counter will be required.
● Lost Keys – If you lose your key(s), you will be charged the cost of replacement.
● Please be aware that all cars have a non-smoking policy. Fines will apply if this policy is not adhered to.
● Flight Details – If you are arriving by plane, you must inform us of your arrival flight number at least 1 day before your rental is due to start
